Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, located 12 kilometres from the city centre, has 3 interconnected terminals T1, T2 and T3, and a fourth terminal, T4, which is joined to its satellite via an automatic underground rail line.
It is the biggest Spanish airport in terms of passenger traffic, cargo and operations, the fifth most important in Europe and the twenty-fourth largest in the world in terms of passenger numbers. It is connected to practically all capitals and leading cities.
Vithas International is located just 10 minutes from the airport.
Transport from the airport to the hospital
The airport is very well communicated to the city via metro, bus, train and taxi.
Madrid is connected to the main Spanish cities by high-speed train (AVE). The two stations are: Madrid Puerta de Atocha and Estación de Madrid-Chamartín.
